About us
GOOD Inc. was founded in 2005. With a small international team we do mainly editorial design, choosing together with the client the right team for every new project. We do business in Amsterdam, Tokyo and Barcelona. Our work has been awarded and recognised by the international design community, but we think it's more important that people read the magazines we make.

From 2009. Together with Erwin van der Zande and Luis Mendo try to set a new standard for digital magazines.

— The City Reporter
Luis Mendo loves to draw and travel. Mixing the two he made a personal City Report about Tokyo. After that he was asked to do one for Paris and one for Amsterdam, London, New York and Barcelona. An iOS app is in the works.

How to get to the Amsterdam office
Please beware the trams which normally go to the Utrechtsestraat go now through the Vijzelgracht because they are remodelling our street. If you are coming by tram from CS, take number 9 and get out at Rembrandtplein, then just walk in the Utrechtsestraat until number 105.

Photographers & illustrators are always very welcome to show their portfolios digitally. We appreciate you understand we cannot receive everyone who wants to visit the studio.

We are sorry to inform we are not a regular company with employees. We work with other small companies and therefore we don’t need your resumé. Also, we do not take interns.

We make many proposals, mainly for magazines, where we use all kinds of images found online. If the proposal becomes a project, we almost surely hire the photographers which we used the work to do the job. But when the proposals don't make it, we still use the pages in our portfolio. If you are one of the © owners please let us know if you have problems with this. We'll be happy to take the pages down. Thank you for your understanding.
